Julia Mamaea (Sev. Alexander Empress) Silver Denarius NGC Ch XF Roman AD 222-235. A less common coin. Strong strike (grade 4/5) with clear rendering of obverse portrait displaying personality, and reverse Juno figure with detailed peacock. Legend letters are clear and legible except along the obverse right rim, where they are worn smooth. The strike shows as slight off-center on the reverse. The edge has slight unevenness around the planchet and a few very small chips. Please see photos for a variety of views.
