Rare Trajan (98-117) Counter-mark R1368. This rare 20mm bronze Roman coin has a pleasing emerald green patina on most of the coin. It was struck at Leucas, Corley-Syria between 102/103 AD. The obverse is a laureate bust with a distinct countermark on it as described. The reverse has Trajan holding a sceptre in a galloping quadriga. An amazing coin!
