Obv: Laureate head of Vespasian right , globe below neck with IMP CAES VESPASIAN AVG COS III P P around. Rev: Fortuna standing left holding rudder and cornucopia with FORTVNAE REDVCI around and SC in the field. Note the unusual "small faced bust" feature which I believe is distinct to this issue.
