Roman Emperor Licinius 1, AD308-324 He was colleague and rival of Constantine the Great. Together they authors the Edict of Milan that granted official toleration to Christians in the Roman Empire. He was defeated at the Battle of Chrysopolis and executed by order of Constantine.
