Roman Empire Faustina Sr AD 138-140/1 Posthumous Denarius NGC VF Aeternitas Rev. This is a fascinating coin. The obverse portrait has some flattening of high points from wear, but the portrait is still well-presented and idiosyncratic. All the legends are legible. It is a posthumous issue and the reverse has "AETERNITAS" (eternity) surrounding a piece of furniture, perhaps a throne, and a staff, along with a well-rendered peacock directly in front.
