It does have some discoloration in a spot… please see photo. The coin pendant is believed to be a Roman Bronze Coin from the historical period of Imperial Rome (27 BC-476 AD). The coin is an AE-Follis denomination, featuring a depiction of Roma and a she-wolf, symbolizing the ancient city of Rome. Best guess is that it is gold plated bronze.
