Published by on July 15, 2026 This is a rare and valuable Roman Imperial coin featuring the image of Augustus on the obverse side. The reverse side depicts the Augustus temple and a burial tomb. The coin is made of either bronze or copper and has an unknown fineness and grade. It has not been certified and has an ungraded denomination of Dupondius. The ownership history of this coin is not available, but it is believed to have been struck during the reign of Caligula, between the years of 37-41 AD. This is an ancient and historical artifact from the Roman Empire era. Please note that the coin has not been cleaned and is being sold as uncleaned.
