Please see photos for condition. When I purchased this coin, it was labeled as being a Herodian king. This is Emperor Arcadius. (Yes, I made a spelling error on the coin holder in the image.) Arcadius is shown wearing a crown with a star behind him. The obverse depicts three standing emperors.
